Hoops N Crates is a mystery basketball card subscription and drop service. You purchase a crate at a set tier, and inside you'll find a curated selection of graded and raw NBA trading cards. Every crate is guaranteed to hit its minimum value — and some pulls are worth way more than you paid.

Simple. Choose a crate tier that fits your budget, grab a spot before it sells out, and we ship your crate packed with cards. Each tier has its own card pool — higher tiers = better guaranteed hits. Use your personal reveal link when your crate arrives for an unboxing experience you can share.

No recurring charges — ever. Hoops N Crates runs as limited drops. When a drop goes live, you purchase your spot. There's no subscription and you're never automatically billed. Join the waitlist on the Next Drop page to get notified when the next one opens.

Each drop is strictly limited. Depending on the tier, there may be as few as 20–30 crates (GOAT/Mega GOAT) or up to 80–100 (Starter/All-Star). When they're gone, they're gone — that's why drops typically sell out within minutes.

Every crate includes a mix of:

• Base hits — certified rookie cards, inserts, or refractors
• Numbered parallels — serial-numbered to /99, /50, /25 or lower
• Autographs or patch cards — guaranteed in GOAT tier and above
• Graded slabs — PSA/BGS graded cards in higher tiers

Each tier page has the exact card pool and minimum hit guarantee.

We offer five tiers — each with a higher minimum value and rarer card pool:

• Starter Crate — great entry point, rookie hits, numbered cards
• All-Star Crate — guaranteed auto or patch, star players
• All-Time Great Crate — legends, graded slabs, low-numbered cards
• GOAT Crate — top-tier. Autos /25 or lower, PSA 9+ slabs
• Mega GOAT Crate — our most exclusive tier. One-of-a-kind pulls, BGS 10s, franchise stars

Yes. Every crate tier ships with a value guarantee — the retail/market value of the cards inside will meet or exceed the tier's published minimum. If for any reason your crate falls short, reach out and we'll make it right. No questions asked.

Graded cards ship in their official PSA or BGS slabs — exactly as graded, untouched. Raw cards are sleeved in toploaders and shipped with extra padding so they arrive in the same condition they left us.

Not currently — crates are mystery boxes, and the randomness is part of the experience. We do plan to offer team-themed crates in future drops. Join the waitlist to be notified when those launch.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay for buy-now-pay-later on eligible orders. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Due to the nature of mystery crates, all sales are final once a drop closes and crates are packed. If there's a genuine issue with your order (damaged cards, wrong item, missing contents), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We take this seriously.

You'll receive a confirmation email from Shopify within a few minutes of purchase. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. You can also track your order on the Order Tracking page using your order number.

Crates are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after a drop closes. Once shipped:

• Australia — 2–5 business days (Express available)
• New Zealand — 4–8 business days
• International — 7–14 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your crate is on its way.

Yes — we ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the crate price.

All crates are insured and packed to survive transit. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We'll file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Every crate ships with a personal reveal link included in the package (and also emailed to you). Open it on your phone or computer for an animated unboxing experience — your cards are revealed one by one with full rarity animations. It's designed to be shared on socials.

Some crates include a Respin token — a rare bonus that lets you swap one card from your crate for a random card from the same tier pool. It's a second chance at a bigger pull. Respin tokens are non-transferable and expire 14 days after your crate ships.

Every order includes a free Plinko drop. Drop the ball and watch it bounce through the pegs to land on a prize — discount codes, free tees, free hats, a jersey pull, or a respin token. Your drop code is emailed after your order is confirmed.
