The Respin is a post-delivery feature that lets you preview what your next crate could contain before committing to it. If you're not fully happy with your current crate, you can spin to see a new selection.
Your first respin is completely free — no fees, no catch. It's always free to keep your crate.
Every customer gets 1 free respin per order. You can use the Respin page to preview a new crate selection. After your free respin, each additional respin costs 10% of your order value, and cancellation also costs the same 10% fee.
After your 1 free respin:
Example: On a $399 GOAT Crate, each additional respin or a cancellation costs $39.90. A cancellation refund would be $359.10.
This fee covers the cost of fulfilment, packing, and restocking that has already been completed for your order.
Yes, you can keep spinning as many times as you like after your free respin — but each additional respin costs 10% of your order value. The same 10% fee applies if you cancel your order. Think of it this way: an extra respin costs the same as cancelling, so use it wisely!
No — keeping your crate (at any stage, including after your free respins) costs nothing extra. You've already paid for your crate. The only fee that ever applies is if you cancel your order after using both free respins.
Our cancellation policy is simple:

The fee is 10% of your order value — for a $399 crate, that's $39.90. This same rate applies for extra respins or cancellations. The remaining balance is refunded within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of your cancellation being approved. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's been processed.
If your crate arrives damaged, or if the contents don't match what was described (e.g., wrong size, missing items), we will replace or refund in full at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
