1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of hoopsncrates.com and any purchases made through our site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Hoops N Crates is an Australian-based business.

2. Products & Mystery Crates

All crates contain mystery items. The specific team, player, and items are selected at random unless a request is made. Team and player requests are honoured where possible but cannot be guaranteed as the crate remains a mystery experience.

All items are 100% authentic — officially licensed NBA gear from brands including Mitchell & Ness, Nike, and Panini. We never include replica, counterfeit, or filler items.

Every crate is guaranteed to contain items with a combined retail value equal to or exceeding the crate purchase price.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay (interest-free instalments).

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase
  • Australia: 2–5 business days via express post
  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Every order includes a tracking number sent via email

Hoops N Crates is not liable for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the mystery nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges based on the team, player, or item received — that's the mystery
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size), contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund
  • All claims must include photos of the item and packaging

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Virtual Unboxing & Respin

Some crates include a virtual unboxing experience where your items are revealed digitally before shipping. The respin feature allows you to re-roll one item per crate (subject to availability). Respin is a one-time option and the second result is final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, and code — is the property of Hoops N Crates and is protected by Australian copyright law. NBA team names, logos, and player likenesses are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hoops N Crates provides this site and its products on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
